The goal is simple. To offer quality and consistency people can trust. I want couples, planners, and families to feel confident that everything will come together beautifully. My focus is on care, craftsmanship, and clear communication so the only thing you need to think about is enjoying the day.

Every event is a chance to make someone’s experience smoother, lighter, and more beautiful. That is what I am building toward. Gatherings that feel effortless and look unforgettable.

History

Rustic Gatherings Maui carries forward a collection with deep island roots and a story built by many hands. It began with a husband and wife who poured time, talent, and care into crafting and curating pieces that reflected the natural beauty of Maui. Their work found its way into countless celebrations, becoming part of the fabric of weddings and gatherings across the island.

The inventory was later cared for by another couple who continued the legacy, maintaining its reputation and sharing it with a new generation of clients. These pieces built their own history over time, becoming quiet witnesses to love stories, laughter, and connection.

When I purchased the inventory, I was not buying a business name. I was choosing to carry forward a foundation that already had heart and history behind it. The craftsmanship, the warmth, and the integrity of the collection spoke to me. I saw the potential to restore it, expand it, and bring my own creative energy to the story.

After years of building handcrafted games and hosting team experiences through Yard Games Hawaii, I felt called to move deeper into the world of event design. Rustic Gatherings Maui became that next evolution. It is not just about rentals. It is about creating moments of presence and celebration, where every table, chair, and arch plays its part in something greater.

My goal is to keep the spirit of craftsmanship alive while offering a level of consistency and care that lets people relax into their day. This work is both creative and personal for me. It is about honoring what came before, learning from it, and continuing to grow. Every piece I restore, every new design I build, and every setup I complete is a way of carrying that story forward, one gathering at a time.
